Our list of areas covered can be found on the ’About us‘ page of this website.  We cover a large area of South Wales, though some areas may incur a travel fee.  We can also cover into Bristol, South Glos and BANES area for larger parties.  We also travel UK wide for large corporate events and functions

Yes, in order to secure your date and time of booking, we require a small booking fee of £20.  This fee is non-refundable, as we may have said no to other parties, but it can be used toward your future events or bookings if you need to cancel!  Your booking isn’t guaranteed until we’ve received your booking fee. 

We either ask for the full balance to be paid to us in advance of your party/event, or a portion is paid in advance by BACS and the remaining to the entertainer in cash on the day, and before the party begins.  We accept payments in advance via BACS. 

We always bring a speaker along with us to play music for the characters to sing, and for packages one hour and over, we bring a larger speaker and microphone too.   This is important for our entertainers to be heard and to manage larger groups.  For our 30 minute appearance package entertainers will only have use of a small speaker, and it is recommended you provide your own sound system for party music.
We also provide the resources, such as pass the parcel, birthday child’s gift, and our parachute, and at larger parties - glitter tattoos and sweet prizes for musical games like Statues.   You don’t need to provide anything other than decoration for your party room, birthday cake and any food! 

For Frozen Parties we can also provide a snow machine for an extra charge of £20.

We follow all guidelines currently set out by the Welsh Government.  All our entertainers follow hygiene practices before attendance at your booking.  Our entertainers maintain social distancing between themselves and adults in attendance.   All our costumes are regularly laundered after every booking and all equipment cleaned in between.

*It is however parents responsibility for ensuring compliance with all current government legislation.  Parents are also liable in the event government rules are broken.
